Membership Covenant
By the grace of God, having been led by the Holy Spirit to repent of our sin and trust in Jesus Christ through faith for salvation and having been baptized (Acts 2:38, Ephesians 2:8-9), we now solemnly and joyfully covenant with one another to belong, gather, and send.
Choosing to be a member of Colonial Heights Baptist Church, we commit to love and serve one another in the following ways:

- As members we will be held accountable for sin, and the church will provide redemption-oriented discipline when necessary. (Matthew 18:15-17; Hebrews 10:24)
- As members we will trust and pray for the Elders and other church leaders as they submit to the Lordship of Jesus Christ. (1 Timothy 3; Titus 1:5-9; 1 Peter 5:1-11)
