Custodian
Colonial Heights is seeking a Custodian to join our team. The custodian will help keep the building and property in clean and orderly condition and perform routine maintenance activities including heavy cleaning duties, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming. Gathers and empties trash. Also responsible for setup and breakdown of all areas and thus needs to be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
