Baptism Class

Sunday, May 6, 4:45-5:45, in Soul Station downstairs

  • This class is for all grade 1-6 guys and girls who are either asking questions about or ready to be baptized.
  • A parent must attend with kids.
  • Barbara Brown will lead this class by walking through a conversation with your child about baptism. 
  • We will discuss what baptism is, why we baptize, when it is time to be baptized.

Mom's Parenting Fellowship

Monday, May 7    7-8:30 p.m.  

These monthly meetings  are for moms with kids of all ages.  Various topics will be addressed as we fellowship, grow, and pray together for the kids the Lord has entrusted to our homes.  Visit this sight often to see the topics for each night.


Mother/Daughter Brunch

Saturday, May 12, 10:00-Noon

All 1st-6th grade girls and their moms are invited to celebrate Mother's Day with this special brunch.  Great food, fellowship, photo op, and the opportunity to bless other moms through Bethany Christian Services.  We will make blankets and gift packages for birth moms and adopted infants. Brunch will be served.

Cost is $5 each/$15 family max.

Father/Son Outreach and Cookout at Midway Park

Saturday, May 19, 10:00-1:00

All 1st-6th grade guys and their dads are invited to serve together in Ridgeland at Midway Park.  We will invite the neighborhood to a cookout, clean the park, then cook and serve lunch to all.  What a great opportunity to show this part of Ridgeland the love of Christ!

Kids' Camp

June 4-7, 2018

  • All kids who have completed grades 3-6 are invited.
  • Camp will be held at Timber Creek Camp in Pulaski, MS.
  • We will recruit and train all of our own counselors.
  • Lots of great recreational fun - canoes, octaball, kickball, basketball, volleyball, and more!
  • Awesome fellowship, food, Bible Studies, and worship make this a perfect week for your kids.

Every Wednesday, beginning January 10

Kids in Action

  • For all 1st-4th graders
  • Bible Study, games, and fun activities all aimed at challenging kids to know what it means to be a missionary for Christ
  • They will be challenged to grow in their knowledge of what they can do now to make Jesus known
  • They will be given opportunities to practice missions as well.
  • 1-4 grade kids will begin and end in Soul Station downstairs.

Preteen Kids in Action

  • For all 5th and 6th graders
  • In addition to what the younger kids are learning, preteens will conduct mission action, including the planning and conducting of a mission project in our community.
